Recipe for 10 persons

  • 30 Crab n’ Shrimp OrienBites

For the mee :

  • 30 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g young spinach leaves
  • 1 cooked al dente broccoli into small florets
  • 1 pimiento pepper finely sliced
  • 400 g rice noodles cooked
  • 2 spring onions finely sliced

For the sauce:

  • 2 dl vegetable
  • 2 dl fish stock
  • 5 cl soy sauce
  • 1 cl Pimento Sauce
  • 1 cl Sesame Oil

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients for the sauce and let it simmer
  • Make a salad of various vegetables and rice noodles
  • Warm the Crab ‘ n’ Shrimps in the oven as description on the back side of the packaging.
  • Arrange the salad in each case with three stuffed crab, garnish with the sauce.
