Recipe for 10 persons

  • 60 Duck Spring Rolls OrienBites

For the wok:

  • 1 dl wok oil
  • 200 g Soy sprouts
  • 10 green asparagus sliced
  • 4 oranges “a vif” cut
  • 800 g cooked al dente mee

For the sauce:

  • 5 cl wok oil
  • 20g grated ginger
  • 4 dl Soy Sauce
  • 2 dl orange juice
  • 4 dl Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 g Pimento Sauce
  • Fresh herbs: coriander and chives

Preparation

  • Wok green asparagus in the wok oil.
  • Add the bean sprouts, the noodles and orange segments.
  • Wok the ginger for the sauce.
  • Finish with the rest of the ingredients and let simmer briefly .
  • Fry the Duck Spring Rolls crispy.
