- 30 Potato Shrimp Skewer OrienBites 2 dl Curried Mango Sauce
- 300g red cabbage into ultra thin slices poached
- 2 mangoes into cubes
- 300 g sugar- snap peas cooked al dente
- 2 dl of soy sauce
- Coriander leaves
- Mix the vegetables with mango and soy sauce.
- Fry Shrimp skewer with potato crisp and drain.
- Present the salad showing three scampi skewers.
- Garnish with mango curry sauce and coriander leaves.
