  • 30 Potato Shrimp Skewer OrienBites 2 dl Curried Mango Sauce
  • 300g red cabbage into ultra thin slices poached
  • 2 mangoes into cubes
  • 300 g sugar- snap peas cooked al dente
  • 2 dl of soy sauce
  • Coriander leaves


  • Mix the vegetables with mango and soy sauce.
  • Fry Shrimp skewer with potato crisp and drain.
  • Present the salad showing three scampi skewers.
  • Garnish with mango curry sauce and coriander leaves.
